危老條件

​

1.位於都市計畫內建築物

2.非歷史建築，不具有文化歷史紀念藝術價值須保存

3.危險或老舊的合法建築物

​

※合法建築物指領有使用執照，或合法房屋證明，如果是違建，就不能申請危老條例。

※危險或老舊是指，經過政府公告拆除的危險建築，或是超過30年屋齡的老舊建築物，經過耐震評估後，未達標準者。

危老條例就是「都市危險及老舊建築物加速重建條例」，與我們一般認識的都更，最大差異在於「加速」
